We are soon recruiting suitably qualified and skilled people for the following positions:
SITE MANAGERS FOR OUR
SOLAR POWER PARKS
Requirement:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with focus on renewable energy, and relevant professional experience.
STAFF AT VARIOUS LEVELS FOR
THE XSABO FOUNDATION
Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration, Political Science / International Relations or qualification in the management of non-profit organizations.
CASUAL WORKERS
Requirement:
We will soon be launching the construction phase of five (5) large and smaller solar power plants across Uganda.
For XSABO NKONGE SOLARLINE (20MW), we will be recruiting up to 300 skilled professionals and unskilled workers.
The planned XSABO LIRA SOLARLINE (50MW) will have a similar staffing need.
For the off-grid hybrid solar power solutions in Northern Uganda, we will be recruiting a total of about 150 skilled professionals and locally based unskilled workers.
INTERNSHIPS
Requirement:
You can join any of our organizations for an internship if you are a student of Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Diplomacy (International Relations), Information Technology, Journalism or Economics.
You must be ready to spend at least two (2) months with us.
Electrical Engineering students specializing in Renewable Energies may want to witness construction of a solar power plant from the very first steps up to mechanical commissioning.
